Bob & Dana Keich
Lead Pastor
Pastor Bob is passionate about helping people experience real life change through the power of God’s Word and the presence of His Spirit. He believes that effective ministry combines practical, biblical teaching with strong, intentional leadership—equipping people not just to grow in faith, but to live it out every day.
Before stepping into full-time ministry, Bob spent a decade in insurance sales and bank management, building a foundation in leadership and organizational excellence. Since entering ministry, he has served in a variety of roles including senior pastor, executive pastor, Bible college instructor, and life coach. This diverse background allows him to lead with both spiritual depth and practical insight.
As Lead Pastor of Lighthouse, Bob is committed to developing leaders, strengthening the church, and creating an environment where people can know God, grow in community, and walk in their purpose.
Bob considers his family one of God’s greatest blessings. He and his wife, Dana, have been married for many years and share a deep love for ministry and life together. They have two daughters, Emma and Lauren, and enjoy spending time with their family, relaxing at the beach, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Nancy Beckim
Community Life Pastor
Nancy is passionate about helping people take their next step—discovering their purpose, developing their gifts, and stepping confidently into their God-given calling. As Community Life Pastor, she leads with a focus on building strong, connected environments where people can grow spiritually, find community, and become who God created them to be.
With more than 20 years of experience across ministry and nonprofit leadership, Nancy brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, leadership development, and pastoral care. She is especially passionate about equipping leaders, creating clear pathways for growth, and helping people move from attending to belonging.
Nancy holds an MBA in Management and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry. She and her husband, Chris, have been married for over 20 years and live in Old Hickory, Tennessee with their daughter and two Goldendoodles.
When she’s not leading or teaching, you’ll find Nancy with a good book, a strong cup of coffee, or putting adventure on the calendar.

Melody Critchfield
LHKids Pastor
Melody is passionate about helping kids discover that they can know and experience God at any age. Her heart is to create a fun, safe, and faith-filled environment where children grow in their relationship with Jesus through God’s Word, worship, prayer, and meaningful friendships—yes, with plenty of fun along the way!
Originally from Missouri, Melody has been serving in children’s ministry for many years, including over a decade as a Children’s Ministry Director. From classrooms to camps, she has consistently invested in helping kids feel known, loved, and confident in their faith.
Melody and her husband, Dan, have been married for many years and have three amazing kids who love Jesus and actively serve in the Church. In her free time, she enjoys reading and hiking with her husband.

Arvind Graham
Creative Director
Arvind brings a contagious love for Jesus, a deep passion for worship, and a genuine heart for people into everything he creates. As Creative Director, he is dedicated to crafting meaningful, engaging experiences that help people connect with God and feel at home in church.
Originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica, Arvind has been leading worship and developing his musical gifts since his teenage years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and brings a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and relational insight shaped by his experience in social work, rehabilitation, and beyond. He has led worship both internationally and in the U.S., including at Teen Challenge and Church on the Rock in Ocho Rios.
Arvind and his wife, Lisa, are proud parents to their daughter, Gabriella. As a family, they love being outdoors, writing music, and creating together.

Emma Keich
Communications Director
Emma serves as Communications Director, leading the strategy and execution behind how Lighthouse communicates both inside the church and throughout the community. She is passionate about media, marketing, and content creation, and believes God has uniquely called her to help shape and amplify the voice of Lighthouse.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and continued training at Rhema Bible Training College, Emma brings both professional expertise and spiritual intentionality to everything she does. She is driven to create clear, engaging, and meaningful communication that helps people stay connected and take their next step.
Originally from Oklahoma, Emma’s upbringing across multiple states shaped her into someone who is adaptable, relational, and forward-thinking—qualities that serve her well in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with family and friends, watching movies and shows, and finding fresh ideas and inspiration online.

Tammy Lynn
Office Administrator
Tammy serves as Office Administrator with a deep sense of calling and a heart to serve the Lighthouse community. She helps keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly, creating a welcoming and organized environment for both staff and guests.
Originally from East Tennessee, Tammy has called Mt. Juliet home for many years. She and her husband, Jimmy, are proud parents of two grown sons, and they love spending time with their daughters-in-law and grandson.
In her free time, Tammy enjoys researching family genealogy and cherishing time with those she loves most.

Mason Tabor
Next-Gen Pastor
Mason is passionate about helping students build a real, lasting relationship with Jesus. He loves walking alongside kids and teens as they grow in their faith, ask honest questions, and learn how to live out God’s Word in everyday life.
Born in Memphis and raised in Mt. Juliet, Mason earned his BA in Pastoral Ministry and is currently finishing his MA in Theological Studies. With experience serving at a Christian summer camp and in seminary student life, he creates environments where students feel known, have fun, and grow spiritually.
When he’s not with students, Mason enjoys reading history, watching a good movie, and grabbing a latte with friends.
